Born and raised in San Francisco’s East Bay, Tamara’s early career began in the legal arena as a Certified Court Reporter. Seeking change and creativity, she then went on to produce large scale corporate events in the Tech Industry as well as nationally, for the PGA. Today, she brings the same uncompromising focus to developing strong relationships, being a trusted advocate and a skilled negotiator that shaped her successes then.

Technology has brought about a new paradigm in the real estate industry. It’s given everyone the same access to data points and with it the role of an agent has shifted.  Today’s agent still needs to be a skilled negotiator and a trusted advocate but now also a market expert with 24/7 responsiveness. They need the ability to understand where your client is coming from, who they are, and what they need; to match your client with their desired outcome, the right person with the right home. That said, there is no substitute for a genuine relationship.
